GL – for weight loss and optimum health

One of our main dietary recommendations is to lower the Glycaemic Load (GL) of your overall diet, along with eating natural, unprocessed foods. It is very simple and easy to follow – you swap high GL foods for low GL ones - you just need to learn which foods are low GL.
