There is some relaxing music so decide now if you want to hear it by adjusting your volume. You can try it with or without sound to see which you find the most relaxing.

First of all get comfortable in your chair, place your feet firmly on the floor with legs uncrossed, arms relaxed – you might like to intertwine your fingers and rest them on your legs.
Start to be aware of your breathing, paying attention to your next few breaths in and out.
Breathe slowly and rhythmically and as you continue to read notice your breathing and how easy it is to read and be aware of your breathing at the same time.
Notice the pleasant sensations of breath flowing through your body. Feel the gentle movements in your torso each time you breathe in and out.
Consciously relax your shoulders down and feel the small of your back r e l a x ...
For a minute or so, simply continue to just be aware of your breathing.
Now r e l a x more deeply by closing your eyes and counting down slowly on each out breath from 20 down to 1
