Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into smallish (approx 1cm) chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, grated or chopped
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- 2 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Sweet Freedom
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Gently stir fry the sweet potato chunks for approx 10 minutes until softened.
- Add the garlic, ginger and allspice and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the cayenne pepper and Sweet Freedom and cook for another 1 - 2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
