Diet Freedom was born four years ago due to the frustration of conflicting health and diet advice. We were confused as you probably are too!
Let’s be honest – if you stick to any ‘diet’ it will probably work in terms of losing a few pounds, but few are sustainable long term, some are simply not good for you, many involve strange products and very expensive ‘knit-your-own bean sprout’ type things … who has the time?
We soon recognised that excess fat is often about feelings and not food and for many of us the two are inextricably linked. We eat when we are sad, lonely, depressed, stressed out, nervous or when something triggers us to reach for food as a comfort, often we don’t understand why we feel the urge to eat and very often we aren’t even hungry at all. These emotional triggers – often deep rooted, can prevent us from permanently getting to our chosen weight and staying there.
We have tracked down the most up to date, credible advice available on health and diet from around the world plus the best way to resolve emotional / stress issues – it’s in an honest, concise, no nonsense kind of way.
