Healthy eating
The longest studies in human nutrition have been run (and still continue) at Harvard Medical School. Professor Walter Willett from Harvard created the Glycaemic Load concept and to date this is the most credible, proven basis for weight loss and healthy eating that we have found in our worldwide research. It is also easy to follow with no weighing or counting!
Fresh food is best in our book but frozen is fine too. We also understand that you need convenience / on the go food - but that doesn’t mean it has to be bad for you!
We have also made some time to develop our own natural Diet Freedom products such as a natural fruit sweetener alternative to sugar. We'll keep you posted on that too.
