Sweet Freedom is made from 100% fruit (apples, grapes and carob) with nothing else added!
It has a low GL, 25% fewer calories than sugar and you can use up to 50% less gram for gram so it's great for weight management. It’s also suitable for diabetics as part of a healthy diet and proving a huge hit with vegans as a honey alternative.
Unlike other sweeteners Sweet Freedom is water extracted only using no chemicals or enzymes, has no added colours, flavourings or preservatives and is GM and gluten free.

Hello, i thought i would write and tell you how much i love this product, i was more than 10 yrs vegertarian but last june went Vegan, i thought i was saying goodbye to honey but this is just so like honey in taste and texture, i am so happy as i love honey in sandwiches, it's just so amazing.
