IMPORTANT - Remember that the quality of your Slimmer Me photo depends on the quality of your original photo so please take time to read these instructions carefully -
Your photo should be as clear and crisp as possible.
Either email us a photo you already have or if taking a new one set your digital camera to the highest resolution, over a million pixels is ideal.
If you are scanning a photo please ensure your scanner is set to the highest quality setting.
Stand against a plain background – preferably a plain wall although it doesn’t matter what colour the wall is.
Please AVOID standing in front of anything that has vertical lines on it such as panelled doors, curtains, vertical blinds, kitchen units, windows or doorways.
An ideal pose is face on with hands on hips. Full length is best or at least so that we can see below your hips.
When emailing a photo make sure that your email system does not try and “re-size” the image to make it quicker to send as this will only reduce the quality of the photo.
Please ensure that your email system is set to receive attachments and that your spam settings are set so that you can receive emails from theteam@dietfreedom.co.uk
To do this simply add our email address to your safe senders list.
Once you have paid online simply email your photo to theteam@dietfreedom.co.uk with Me Slimmer in the subject line and we will email back your digitally amended photo within two weeks. *The service often only takes a few days but two weeks is the maximum.
We will adjust the photo so that you look healthily slim. You can if you wish stipulate how much weight you would like to lose on the photo i.e. x stones / pounds.
